Both. But I think personality defines style more often. People typically design their style to represent their personality in some way. They wear what they feel comfortable in. And they feel comfortable in what they wear because of their personality.

With that being said, I stand by what I said on facebook.
I would like to say that personality defines style, but today people want you to think that style defines personality. And unfortunatley, that's pretty much the excepted opinion, that if you dress a certain way, you act a certain way, and you're destined to be a certain person. This probably only applies to teenagers... I can't wait to get out of high school.
